Job description:
- Responsible for the areas of: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B
- Planning and directing hotel main operations including regulatory and technical standards, as well as quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction
- Implementation and execution of regular inspections in all areas, as well as organisation and execution of the steps to resolve and follow up
- Excellent communication skills and organisation of weekly team meetings
