We are searching for a DWH Engineer (m/f), based in our Shared Service Center in Zagreb (Croatia). We are committed to leveraging data to drive innovation and efficiency across our operations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with a passion for learning and an interest in DWH development to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise data warehouse, which feeds into our global analytical solutions that deliver valuable insights to support various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of Data Warehouse activities.
Help translate business needs into technical requirements for the Data Warehouse.
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to create data warehouse solutions (e.g., Power BI Datasets, Relational databases) that enable them to build reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools in platforms like Power BI, Cognos Analytics, and Planning Analytics.
Follow security protocols to manage permissions, privileges, and controls.
Address questions related to data integrity, monitor performance, and report technical or functional issues.
Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork while collaborating with colleagues and management globally.
Learn and understand business processes to ensure technical solutions align with organizational needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Basic understanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Eagerness to learn and apply data modeling concepts.
Interest in working with data integration tools and improving data quality.
Understanding or experience with reporting and business intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in English and a willingness to grow in a data-focused role.
