As a Design HVAC Engineer you will work within design engineering team, taking full responsibility for the mechanical HVAC design of infrastructure solutions across projects of all complexity levels, with a primary focus on the most complex and technically demanding applications. The role includes full technical ownership of HVAC system design and delivery, ensuring robust engineering solutions from concept through to final design. This encompasses HVAC calculations, system design development, single-line diagrams, layouts, equipment selection and schedules, as well as the preparation of detailed engineering documentation. The role also includes advanced HVAC modelling and coordination in Revit.
You will develop, review, and validate complex HVAC design solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable European and international standards, internal design guidelines, and project-specific requirements. A key responsibility is driving technical excellence and ensuring high-quality engineering outputs throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the role includes leading and mentoring a team of junior and mid-level engineers. Provide technical direction, assign and review work, ensure design consistency, and actively support the professional development of less experienced team members. Role requires strong expertise in HVAC engineering principles, relevant codes and standards, and the ability to manage complex technical challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner.More about EmployerSalaries have increased.
