On behalf of our Client, a successful international company, we are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious professional for the position of:

Business Operations and Project Assistant (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the business unit, including planning and coordinating meetings (preparing data and taking minutes), tasks, and projects
Supporting the realization of projects, from conception through implementation by working cross-functionally
Handling CRM event management, including collecting offers, contract creation, sending for approval, handling documentation, etc.
Preparing donation agreements, project contracts (MSA, SOW, Amendments), and managing end-to-end procurement processes
Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders during different phases of the projects
Assisting with finance and accounting activities such as invoice processing, purchase orders, accruals, and budget tracking
Acting as key user for internal platforms and tools for approvals, procurement, and CRM
Assisting the HR with employee attendance, absence tracking, and other relevant employee data

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management/coordination, business operations, or similar roles
High level of computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software (CRM, ERP)
Proficient knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong time-management and organization skills
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
