Brand and product marketing lead (m/f)

Reporting to the senior management you will:

Mentor our marketing team
Work closely with product development teams to ensure messages and positioning are based on what we're really building
Lead the new brand roll out and be part of building a our market presence on two markets
Own marketing and branding strategy/budget end to end.
Manage agencies and ensure they are delivering aligned with the strategy
Aligning and supporting product team to know „where to play” and „How to win” strategies
Translate these strategies into a strong creative direction and meaningful communication internally and externally
Stay involved in implementation to ensure that ideas do not lose their validity during implementation
Support product with market monitoring, competitor research and market research
Build and define our social media and pr presence partnered with our agencies
Establish good cobranding practices with our partners
Support sales activities in all sales channels (online, partner, agent, internal)
Ensure that Groupama brand speaks to local customers
