As a Business Development Manager at QBS-Prianto, you will be responsible for expanding our business in Croatia and Slovenia. Your role involves acquiring new customers, developing long-term relationships with existing partners, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with manufacturers, system integrators, and resellers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand Prianto’s business in Croatia and/or Slovenia by acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and establish long-term collaborations with key players in the IT sector.
- Provide (technical) pre-sales support and consulting to customers.
- Prepare offers, including project proposals, and negotiate pricing within Prianto’s margin framework.
- Maintain regular telephone and personal contact with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Drive targeted sales initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage order bookings, invoicing, and credit arrangements in coordination with the finance team.
- Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring smooth resolution.
- Actively participate in Prianto events and activities to enhance brand visibility.
Manufacturer & Partner Relations:
- Establish and maintain active communication with manufacturers.
- Negotiate operational prices and conditions for customer projects and special bids.
- Stay updated on Prianto’s trade products and services and share knowledge with customers.
- Ensure efficient procurement of sold products from manufacturers.
