Business Development Manager (m/f)

Zagreb, Hybrid

What you will do?

Lead and manage presales initiatives in line with the company’s portfolio and technological scope
Design end-to-end business solutions tailored to client needs across various industries
Engage directly with clients during the presales process and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Estimate solution development costs, assess risks, and negotiate with partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
Contribute to product and project roadmaps within your area of responsibility
Build system integration proposals in collaboration with key technology providers and internal stakeholders
Define project budgets, sales strategies, P&L calculations, and support analytics for new business
Take ownership of revenue, cost, and profitability for your business domain
Qualify and respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ requests
Represent and advocate the company’s business interests in key industry and professional circles
Identify and nurture strategic business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Plan business development activities as part of the company’s strategic and operational plans
Support onboarding and knowledge sharing for new team members

What we expect from you?

8+ years of experience in the same or similar roles within the ICT industry
Minimum of 4 years of experience in selling software solutions
Strong understanding of the company’s overall organization and strategy
Excellent command of the English language
Valid category B driver’s license
