ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you care as much about content performing as you do about it looking good? We're looking for someone who owns both sides of social — a sharp creative instinct and the analytical mindset to back it up with results. If you're just as comfortable building a content calendar as you are inside Ads Manager, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond
Plan, run and optimise Meta paid campaigns — from setup to reporting
Collaborate with our creative team to produce content that looks great and converts
Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and make data-driven decisions
Act as a key connector between marketing, production and commercial teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in social media management
Hands-on Meta Ads experience (campaign setup, targeting, A/B testing, optimisation)
Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools
Analytical — you read the numbers and know what to do with them
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving team
Background in fitness, sport or lifestyle — a big plus
C1 level German — a big plus
