WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

High school diploma
Preferably 2 years of work experience in similar roles
At least 3 years of experience in A la Carte restaurants or hotel A la Carte kitchens
Preferably knowledge of the English language
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Organizes and manages the kitchen department in an efficient and profitable manner
Participates in the organization and management of kitchen operations in the hotel
Participates in leading, motivating, and training the team to ensure work quality
Responsible for preparation, quality, and presentation of dishes
Responsible for the quality and quantity of received goods and proper handling and storage according to HACCP standards
Knows and applies the department's SOP
Knows and applies occupational safety measures
