JOB SUMMARY

The property specialist will be responsible for taking care of lease agreements, as well as maintaining good relationships with landlords.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Negotiate and review terms of lease agreements, extend existing agreements and conclude new ones to ensure best outcome to TAWAL and safeguarding the company’s interests
Maintain and develop good relationships with landlords, as well as resolve everyday situations connected to them
Obtain all the necessary documentation, permits and other relevant documents for property management related activities
Ensure constant communication with government bodies as well coordinate with other works and parties
Ensure filling in all relevant information in respective databases, keep record of necessary data, and develop reports

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills including an ability to be a results-oriented team player
Strong desire to learn, and exhibits ambition and drive
Highly adaptable, and has an ability to adjust to constant changes both inside and outside the organization
Experience working with government bodies, contractors and other third parties
Proven computer skills including MS Office and similar
Excellent spoken and written English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
