Passionate about telecom networks and customer solutions? Join us as a System Architect and help shape advanced telecom systems used by leading mobile operators.

Are you excited about designing and delivering complex telecom solutions in a global environment? We are looking for a customer-facing System Architect to join our team in Osijek, Croatia, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping solution architectures for Tier-1 telecom operators while acting as the technical bridge between customer networks and Enea’s R&D teams.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

As a System Architect, you will work closely with customers, engineering teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Enea’s telecom solutions in mobile network environments worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead technical discussions with customers and understand their network and solution requirements.
Translate customer needs into solution designs aligned with Enea product capabilities.
Collaborate with internal R&D and engineering teams to define and refine technical solutions.
Support deployment and integration activities in customer environments.
Provide technical expertise during solution design, implementation and troubleshooting phases.
Contribute to architecture discussions related to Enea`s products in telecom network environments.

Qualifications, Key Skills and Competence:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. We also welcome applications from candidates with equivalent practical experience in lieu of a formal degree.
Advanced understanding of networking and routing design principles.
Basic understanding of mobile telecommunications networks.
Excellent communication skills in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with storage solutions, hardware platforms or network architectures.
Experience working with Linux systems such as RHEL or CentOS.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware vCloud/vSphere or OpenStack.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
Knowledge of mobile network architectures including 4G/5G environments.
Familiarity with AI tools to optimize day-to-day operations
