The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Tax Assistant Manager (f/m) in Global Compliance and Reporting. In this role, you will deliver integrated and high-quality services to clients, enhancing the effectiveness of their bookkeeping compliance functions. This position offers you the chance to advance your career through a diverse range of engagements.

Your key responsibilities

Mentor and develop bookkeeping team members, providing constructive feedback and aligning responsibilities with their skills and growth objectives.
Review and ensure the quality of work produced by senior and junior team members.
Support the team with regards to Pantheon.
Coach and guide the team in all client service and bookkeeping activities.
Supervise booking entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of trial balances.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and operational procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in bookkeeping and compliance, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance these services for existing clients.
Actively pursue new client engagements to expand our portfolio.
Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments, applying this knowledge to complex situations.
Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude.

What we look for

A graduate degree in accounting and/or finance
A minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience
Experienced people manager with exceptional technical skills and expertise in functional area
ACA/ACCA/CA is a plus.
Knowledge of Pantheon is a plus.
