ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – FINANCE OFFICE (M/F)

at RIT CROATIA campus in ZAGREB

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the student database, ensuring accuracy in student statuses and financial obligations.
Input and verify tuition fees, updating student records as needed.
Communicate with students via email, phone, and in person to provide financial information and assistance.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions to ensure accurate follow-ups and case tracking.
Calculate tuition fees and prepare financial documentation, including payment plans, invoices, and confirmations.
Monitor and track tuition payments, send reminders, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Contribute to improving the debt collection process by suggesting and implementing new solutions.
Manage financial aid and scholarship applications, tracking eligibility and compliance with requirements.
Enter and process financial data in the student database.

Applicant Profile:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Comfort with numbers and basic financial processes (no accounting experience required!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a structured manner and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
Experience with data entry, administrative tasks, or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Croatian is required.
