We’re hiring a Junior Quality Assurance Administrator to help ensure our ad campaigns are set up perfectly before they go live. You’ll be a key part of our campaign delivery process—making sure no detail gets missed.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys detail-oriented work, thrives on consistency, and wants to build expertise in digital advertising and QA processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and verify campaign setups before launch to ensure all targeting, creative, tracking, and scheduling parameters are correct
- Use internal QA checklists and tools to assess the technical and operational accuracy of campaign configurations
- Collaborate with the ad operations and account teams to resolve discrepancies or issues in campaign setup
- Learn and understand the specific needs and preferences of our clients and apply them during QA
- Help maintain documentation and QA standards for ongoing process improvement

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A self-motivated learner who’s comfortable asking questions and digging into new processes
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and a methodical work style
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of digital advertising or ad serving platforms (a plus, but not required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
