Office Assistant and Marketing Support (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Support our office operations while contributing to marketing and communication activities. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting internal teams, and contributing to a professional and welcoming working environment.

Job responsibilities:

Provide administrative and organizational support for daily office operations, including front desk coordination and basic IT support
Maintain office documentation, records, and general correspondence
Support marketing activities; prepare and publish content for social media and internal communication channels
Coordinate marketing materials and presentations
Support cooperation with external vendors and agencies

Your Profile

High school or higher education; administration, business, economics, or related field
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in office administration; basic IT support experience is an advantage
Proficient in English, in verbal and written communication; German is an advantage
Interest in marketing and communication activities
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic office IT systems
Service-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
