Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian language (m/f)

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our presence and are currently looking for a new team member to join our newly opened office in Zagreb (Buzin) in the role of Customer Service Specialist, responsible for the Slovenian market. Slovenian language skills are considered an advantage; if not already present, we expect the candidate to acquire them within a reasonable timeframe, with company-supported training. Key Responsibilities: - Processing customer orders end-to-end in SAP - Handling product and delivery-related inquiries, including sales promotions - Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email and advising customers on product-related questions - Maintaining and updating customer data in SAP - Following up on back orders and handling claims with our European logistics center - Acting as a liaison between internal departments, including European teams - Providing ad-hoc support to the customer service team - Supporting customers throughout the order process - Identifying the best solutions for customers while ensuring a high level of professionalism - Supporting account managers in driving sales activities - Handling administrative tasks related to sales and logistics

Position profile: - Slovenian language skills are an advantage, or a willingness to learn the language within a reasonable timeframe with company support - Intermediate level of English - Good working knowledge of MS Office - SAP knowledge is an advantage - Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional approach, with strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - University degree is an advantage
