Now we are searching for:

Project lead – Ship's electrical system (m/f)

Key accountabilities:

Project Delivery Lead responsible for overall successful integration and delivery of energy systems for maritime applications
Managing technical interfaces and ensuring system level performance (through System Philosophy and other supporting documents)
Coordination with multiple energy products involved in a project delivery (AC Switchgear, Drives, Energy Storage Systems, Generators, Motors, Transformers) to follow the system design from initial concept up to the project handover

Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor or Master of Science within electrical engineering
Experience with electrical systems for maritime application
Knowledge of relevant product standards and marine classification rules
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Ability to work in team in a global environment
Focus on achieving results and planned goals
Flexible and proactive when performing tasks
Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
Follow company rules and procedures
Travel abroad from time to time, as needed
