Junior Risk Manager (m/f)

As a junior risk manager at InterCapital Securities, you will: - Assist in planning, designing, and implementing an overall risk management process - Collaborate closely with Front Office on risk-taking activities and limit utilization - Evaluate risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organisation - Perform stress tests - Produce regular reports

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics required / Master’s degree preferred - No prior experience in finance is required – but it’s a plus - Ability to add value quickly and work collaboratively, with strong alignment to InterCapital’s culture and processes. - Willingness to learn from others while confidently standing behind one’s own ideas - High degree of integrity, initiative, results orientation, and entrepreneurial attitude - Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel - Programming skills (R, Python...)
