Junior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (m/f)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our global finance team! What will you do: - Monitor and analyze costs versus plan and budget - Prepare and present regular cost analysis reports - Support cost budgeting and forecasting processes - Identify deviations and propose improvements in results, cost center, and cost category structures - Control, maintain, and analyze price lists and pricing structures in close cooperation with sales teams worldwide - Compile and analyze inventory data and assist in root cause analysis - Monitor stock levels and proactively alert teams to potential issues - Assist in generating short- and long-term demand forecasts - Cooperate daily with accounting, sales, logistics, and management teams

What will you bring to the table: - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field - 1–3 years of experience in controlling, finance, pricing, or reporting - Very strong Excel skills (BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus) - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail - High level of English is mandatory - Good communication and collaboration skills.
