Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with architects, investors, designers, and construction companies to build and maintain relationships, provide information, and promote Tarkett solutions and materials; preparing and delivering presentations, offers, and 2D and 3D drawings.
Focusing on business segment development and cooperation with top-tier (“A-class”) architects and investors within these segments.
Further development of modular product categories, which represent leading growth segments in the flooring business.
Cooperating with existing clients through visits, meeting organization, performance analysis, etc., while maintaining a proactive approach toward key architects, investors, and construction companies.
Taking responsibility for the CRM system as a key user.
Preparing project offers, monitoring project status, and providing consultation through to full project completion.
Promoting the Showroom in Zagreb and the Tarkett Academy in Bačka Palanka.
Participating in marketing activities related to references and segment promotion.
Organizing live events and webinars for architects to strengthen collaboration, promote the brand, and enhance its positioning within the architectural community.
Maintaining relationships with architectural and design faculties and organizing occasional lectures and joint activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and openness in building relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD programs.
Category B driving license – active driver.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a minimum B2 level.
