Join our team in Zagreb as Manager Smoke-Free Products Multi-category and you will be driving growth and profitability by developing multi-category strategies to enhance the opportunities arising from category portfolio and brand engagement plans to most effectively meet the evolving needs of consumers.

We offer full-time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time.

Your ‘day to day’

You will be:

Driving growth and profitability by balancing platform marketing plans in an optimal manner.
Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Supervising key performance indicators to ensure the efficiency of marketing efforts.
Finding opportunities for new product categories and expansion within existing categories.
Managing budget allocations and optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all marketing activities.

Who we're looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience, in marketing or related roles, preferably in a multi-category environment.
Consistent track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong leadership skills – ability to inspire and influence the team into moving towards a common vision.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spending.
Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Full proficiency in English.
