Solution Owner IoT (Engineering Focus) (m/f)

Your Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IoT solutions; from ideation, prototyping, and piloting to rollout, operations and sales enablement, and continuous improvement - Build features and integrations on a ThingsBoard-based platform - Define and implement configuration standards for IoT data loggers - Gather requirements from stakeholders, tailor solutions to market and customer needs - Coordinate and take ownership of solution development, keeping track of the end-to-end process including schedule and risk management - Provide concise technical documentation, deliver training and offer targeted support to stakeholders - Maintain solution demonstrations and test environments for selling, training, and quality assurance

- Degree in engineering, computer science, automation, or a related field - Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership - Excellent collaboration and communication skills in an international environment, both internally and externally - Fluent in English and Croatian (both required); German is a strong advantage - Domain expertise in critical infrastructure: ideally water supply or utilities, but also energy, wastewater, or industrial automation - Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or system architecture, with strong software engineering and device-configuration skills - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and set clear priorities - Strong ability to understand customer perspectives and needs
