For our office in Zagreb, dSPACE is seeking for motivated professionals for the role of Travel Manager. The role requires working at the employer's headquarters, 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday.

Travel Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

coordinating all aspects of travel, itinerary planning, booking flights, accommodations and transportation for employees
calculation of travel orders
maintaining travel records and documentation
preparing budgets for next year
manage travel budgets and analyze travel spending
provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel, reimbursement policies, and travel safety guidelines
monitor travel trends and industry developments to recommend cost-saving initiatives and improve travel processes
follow travel regulations and laws in Croatia and implement it within the procedures in the Company
support in implementation of global software tools

Your qualifications:

minimum 3-5 years of experience in Travel Management / similar role preferably in a global environment
experience implementing, and managing global travel system and budget
an independent and self-motivated person
ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
a can-do attitude and ability to influence without authority
detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
flexibility to adapt to changing travel requirements and schedules
excellent English communication skills
