Job description
We are looking for committed colleague to join our customer support team who helps us caring about contact adverts for adults.
Your tasks:
- Selling and upselling options
- Invoicing
- Direct customer support via omni-channel (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, email, and telephone)
- Various organizational tasks

Required education, knowledge and skills
Your profile:
- Good English skills and basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills (preferably MAC)
- Flexibility and open-mindedness towards our customers
- Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Reliability, diligence, and a sense of responsibility
