Finance Manager SEE (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Organize the planning/budgeting/forecasting processes for the SEE region
Create and implement the strategy and all necessary actions and procedures of the SEE region finance department in order to achieve the set goals of finance, accounting and controlling
Organize, prepare and control the entire monthly closing process for all Companies within the SEE region
Organize the entire reporting of SEE region for the Vaillant Group, create and review all necessary reports
Monitor and supervise total working capital, liquidity and all expenses so that they are in accordance with the given and approved plans from VG
Supervise material accounting booking for Vaillant Croatia with internal accounting and cooperate with external accountings in other SEE countries - control gross balance, local bookings, compliance with Vaillant Group rules
Provide active support to NSC managers in the region for all financial/tax/administrative/logistical issues and business processes
Co-create annual contracts with customers, which define the conditions of sales and business
Create reports for local management and propose appropriate measures to improve and rationalize operations in all Company processes

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Master's degree in economics
A minimum of 5 years experience in finance with leadership roles in financial management or controlling
Ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data
Ability to make financial decisions based on analysis, risk assessment and strategic priorities
Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting processes
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
Proficient knowledge of the English language
