Job Description:

As a Data Analytics and Admin Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support in both administrative and analytical aspects of the business. Your primary responsibilities will involve support in business planning and analysis process with monthly activities as well as supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to support planning and analysis activities. Operational support with monthly deliverables.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, including financial, operational, and performance metrics.
Data Management: Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. Implement data governance measures to maintain high-quality data.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, organizing documents, create purchase orders and coordinate advance payment requests etc.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.
Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to data privacy, security, and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with proactive approach.

The position is for a fixed period of time with the possibility of an indefinite contract.
