What you will do:
- Build and manage in-house support team
- Create a robust customer service strategy
- Develop and implement KPI system to measure team and individual performance
- Design communication scripts
- Gather feedback to improve the product
- Create employee work schedules
- Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver excellent customer service

What we need:
- 3+ year of experience working on a similar position
- Experience in developing, reporting, and driving metrics-based result
- Experience with CRM systems
- Critical customer service selling skills
- Business communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and proactive person with strong leadership skills
