Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

Are you ready to build a supply chain function from the ground up? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager (m/f) to take a key role in establishing and developing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our manufacturing site in Croatia. Your Key Responsibilities - Establish and develop processes related to procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing and inventory management - Build and develop a reliable local and European supplier network - Coordinate supply chain activities between Croatia, India and other international locations - Manage suppliers, commercial terms, delivery performance, costs and supply risks - Ensure material availability and continuity of production - Establish relevant KPIs and continuously improve supply chain performance - Build, lead and develop the local supply chain team - Work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and international teams

What We Are Looking For - At least five years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a manufacturing environment - Experience in procurement, production planning, inventory management and supplier development - Good knowledge of ERP and MRP systems - Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills - Experience in leading people, projects or a supply chain function - A proactive, independent and results-oriented mindset - Excellent command of English - Experience in a manufacturing startup, greenfield project, plant expansion, European supplier development or international supply chain coordination will be considered an advantage This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, enjoys building processes and teams, and wants to make a real impact on a growing manufacturing organization.
