At DEIF A/S, we specialize in the development and manufacturing of electronic devices designed to seamlessly control and switch between various energy sources, including solar, wind, diesel, and batteries, for efficient and reliable power production. As Technical Engineer, you’ll join DEIF’s Global Service Organisation in the 1st Line Service Team at our office in Zagreb, Croatia. You’ll serve as the primary technical expert, providing top-tier support to customers and partners. Your role will include consulting customers and partners in pre- and after-sales activities in complex cases and driving service improvements.

Main responsibilities and tasks
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex customer cases
- Build structures (tools and ways of working) and foster global cooperation between global teams
- Collaborate with Sales and engage in both pre- and after-sales activities
- Execute technical training for customers and DEIF employees
- Service visits in connection with commissioning, replacement of products and troubleshooting
