We're looking for a full-time German language teacher to join our dynamic team and bring their creativity, energy, and expertise.

Based primarily on-site at our offices (with occasional remote sessions when needed), this role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys designing lessons that empower professionals to communicate with confidence.

At CROZ, German language skills play a key role in our daily operations — with an office in Munich and a growing client base in the DACH region, we’re looking for someone who can help our teams strengthen their communication in a real-world business context and support our international collaborations.

As a German language teacher in our company you will:

Work in a team of young, agile and very competent colleagues
Deliver high-quality language lessons to our employees in both group settings and 1:1 sessions with emphasis on conversational teaching
Plan and conduct tailored lessons based on real-life business communication and workplace scenarios with full creative freedom to design the lesson structure and language program independently
Monitor and track employee progress through regular feedback and assessments
Support the development of communication skills relevant to professional environment
Translating and proofreading various types of business communication and documentation
Collaborate closely with the teams and contribute to the design of internal training programs
Be part of a team that values collaboration and growth

We expect you to:

Have experience teaching adults, especially in corporate environments
Be passionate about language teaching and committed to the progress of your students
Be naturally inclined toward communication and teamwork
Constantly improve your teaching methods by using creative modern approaches
Be proactive in adapting lesson content to different learner profiles and roles within the company
Have great communication and organizational skills

It’s a big plus if you:

Are also an English teacher
Are familiar with tech-related vocabulary or teaching within the IT industry
Are comfortable with both in-person and online teaching formats
Have experience in creating your own learning materials and adapting to the needs of learners
