Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key healthcare professionals in hospitals
- Driving Results: Manage and prioritize accounts, set ambitious goals, and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Marketing Excellence: Organize and contribute to impactful marketing events and initiatives, ensuring our products reach the right audience
- Innovation & Strategy: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth
- Sales Leadership: Ensure your business area thrives by actively seeking sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer value

Required education, knowledge and skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A degree in Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Life Sciences (or similar)
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities in both Croatian and English
- Drive & Ambition: You thrive on results, are self-motivated, and manage projects with precision
- Team Spirit: Able to collaborate effectively, but also capable of working independently when needed
- Travel Ready: Embrace a role with ~90% of your time in the field. Participation in national and international congresses
