AMS in partnership with Teva is looking to bring on board an experienced recruiter whose expertise will help us address client’s hiring needs across UK&I and Croatia.
As a Recruiter you will establish yourself as a talent advisor with stakeholders and be a candidate ambassador that will deliver best hiring experience. You will have an opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders thus you will demonstrate impeccable communication skills to build trusted relationships and show confidence in bringing best practices to every step of the recruiting process.
Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process from attract to contract
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, regular updates
- Proactively work with a talent acquisition sourcer to receive the needed support, oversee development of pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
- Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Required education, knowledge and skills
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in leading an end-to-end recruitment
- Full professional fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, regular updates
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
