Job description
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, and perform opening/closing procedures as required
- Prepare workstation and treatment rooms, organize supplies, and report shortages
- Provide a variety of spa services (massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures/pedicures) in a safe and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of spa areas in line with Hyatt standards
- Monitor and manage stock levels of oils, creams, and spa products
- Assist in equipment maintenance and inventory management
- Ensure the successful operation of the Spa & Fitness Centre, meeting profitability and service standards
- Block therapy rooms and treatment packages according to guest preferences
- Contribute to improving operational procedures and ensure compliance with the Spa Experience Programme
- Stay informed about budget, sales targets, and product inventory
- Promote spa services and maintain knowledge of trends, hotel packages, and promotions
- Greet and schedule appointments for guests, ensuring full treatment assessments and addressing inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling feedback
- Maintain guest history and assist in recognition programs
- Maximize productivity and meet service expectations through flexible scheduling and multi-skilling
- Monitor costs and implement cost control measures within budget
- Achieve product sales targets and assist with monthly stock checks
- Complete required training and adhere to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards
- Support team development, welfare, and training
- Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times

- pripremiti radno mjesto i tretmanske sobe, organizirati potrebne materijale i prijaviti manjak zaliha
- pružati raznolike spa usluge (masaže, faciale, tretmane tijela, depilacije, manikuru/pedikuru) na siguran, ugodan i profesionalan način
- održavati čistoću i urednost prostora u skladu s Hyatt standardima
- pratiti zalihe ulja, krema i spa proizvoda te pomagati u održavanju opreme i inventara
- osigurati nesmetano poslovanje Spa & Fitness centra, udovoljavajući ciljevima profitabilnosti i kvalitete usluge
- rezervirati tretmane i sobe prema željama gostiju
- sudjelovati u poboljšanjima operativnih procesa i osigurati usklađenost sa spa experience programom
- redovito pratiti budžet, ciljeve prodaje i stanje zaliha
- promovirati spa usluge i održavati informiranost o novim trendovima, paketima i promocijama hotela
- dočekivati goste, zakazivati termine i savjetovati ih u odabiru tretmana
- pružati visoku kvalitetu usluge gostima, osiguravajući njihovo zadovoljstvo i brzo rješavanje povratnih informacija
- ažurirati povijest gostiju i sudjelovati u programima prepoznavanja i lojalnosti gostiju
- povećavati produktivnost i ispunjavati očekivanja usluge kroz fleksibilno planiranje i stalnu edukaciju
- pratiti troškove i primjenjivati mjere kontrole unutar predviđenog budžeta
- ostvarivati ciljeve prodaje proizvoda i sudjelovati u mjesečnim inventurama
- završiti obavezne treninge i pridržavati se standarda higijene, osobne higijene i odijevanja
- podržavati razvoj tima, dobrobit zaposlenika i sudjelovati u obuci novih kolega
