Custom Thermal Engineer (m/f)

We are currently seeking a Custom Thermal Engineer to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia! This position is responsible for Air Handling Unit (AHU) thermodynamic mechanical design, with an emphasis on refrigeration design which includes; calculation and selection of compressors, evaporators, condensers, DX piping, EEX/TEX valves, and all or key components in a refrigeration circuit. Excellent knowledge of refrigeration gases and the current EU legislation to control F-gases. In addition, it is preferable to possess knowledge of calculation and selection of CW components and direct evaporative cooling systems. What kind of work will you be doing? - Read and understand requirements for new solution products - Create specification and presentation for new product - Work on their tasks inside multidisciplinary team of people - Create technical documentation required for sourcing, production and testing - Design documentation for AHU - Coordinate team to understand solution and selection in order to secure successful project - Create and / or check BOMs - To be involved in design inspection audits and supporting commissioning and FATs - Take care of product quality - Responsibility to engineer solution with optimized price / performance - To constantly take care about purchased products from his responsibility - To support procurement team for a product from his responsibility - Join the sales persons any time when technical support is required - Coordinate the team in order to deliver needed documentation to customers and / or sales

- Besides technical knowledge, Custom Thermal Thermal Engineer should have good communication skills, because the position requires constant communication with other discipline designers as with client representatives - This position should be familiar with software applications used in AHU design What will make you successful? - At least 5 years of previous working experience on similar job description (Refrigeration design engineer) - MME (Masters in Mechanical Engineering) required - Good oral and written communication skills are a must (English required) - A high level of motivation - Competences: result-oriented, team player, careful to details, flexible
