OPEN POSITION FOR OFFICE ASSISSTANT.

Are you ready to make an impact? We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to ensure smooth office operations and provide critical support to our Country Manager and team. This is a dynamic role combining reception, office administration, and executive assistance to help drive efficiency and support business priorities.

What You'll Do:

Reception & Office Administration

Be the friendly face of the office, welcoming visitors and managing calls, mail, and courier services.
Coordinate office maintenance, manage supplies, and supervise cleaning services.
Maintain company files and archives; oversee compliance tasks like fire safety and health documentation.
Support invoice processing, budgeting, and vehicle fleet administration.

Country Manager & Executive Support

Serve as the first point of contact for theCountry Manager, ensuring clear communication with employees, external partners, and HQ.
Organize and manage the Country Manager’s calendar, travel itineraries, and expense reporting.
Assist in coordinating visits, conferences, and high-level meetings for the Country Manager and local ExCom members.

People & Culture Support

Assist with onboarding new employees, training sessions, wellbeing programs, and team events.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in office management, HR administration, or executive support.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Croatian
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract through agency employment, with the possibility of extension based on company needs and individual performance.
