Job description:
- ensuring the day-to-day and operational activities related to company administration and office running
- communicating and dealing with company matters before public authorities (e.g. trade licensing office, regional public health office, etc.)
- agenda related to the company's operations, business partners, insurance companies and other institutions (e.g. telecommunications suppliers, energy suppliers)
- insurance and claims agenda
- management of the agenda of contractual relations, internal regulations and business administration (management of lease, supply and other contracts, monitoring of lease contract expiry dates, etc.)
- checking the agenda of the personnel department, compliance of employee and contractual relations in accordance with internal rules
- control of the company's expenditure, ensuring and controlling the approval process for invoices received and issued
- managing the company's electronic mailbox
- ensuring the running of the reception and office (office supplies, refreshments, order and cleanliness) in the absence of the receptionist
- administrative and organisational support for the company
