- Key internal focal point for a dedicated customer portfolio, in very close cooperation with the responsible sales representative(s),
- Full responsibility for customer orders, from order entry to invoice (including all needed documentation) and communication with supplier,
- Organize deliveries and monitoring order fulfillment
- Negotiations transport prices and managing warehouse – inventory management,
- Support price calculation, creating offers in Salesforce system (taking over key user role), block order management and dunning procedure in close cooperation with the relevant Sales Representative,
- Manage customs related tasks (export – import, preparing Intrastat report),
- Calculate and post commission after chain business in SAP system
- Respond prompt to all customers inquiries (samples, documentation requests, product inquiries, prices, etc.),
- Administrative handling and follow-up of claims in close cooperation with the sales staff and QSHE department
- Support with the registration of chemical substances and waste management report according to the local regulations,
- Back-up of Customer Service and Logistics colleagues,
- Taking part in monthly closing activities and providing weekly reports
- Other tasks as instructed by direct manager/team leader (QSHE, REACH, ISO etc.)
