Job Summary
This is a business development position aimed at proactive and results-driven professionals working on the team, pursuing their own profit and driving company’s growth. Candidate is commercially astute operator and should either have deep understanding of US logistics market, or appropriate experience in handling and negotiating business with US customers, with capability to quickly learn and grasp logistical processes and conduct independent research. This is a full-time work and commitment, reporting directly to the CEO. We are not looking for consultants or part-time employees. We are looking for self-disciplined, business-savvy and engaged individuals capable of assisting the team in high-pressure environment, taking personal responsibility, and as a consequence - reap rewards, facilitating their personal growth and together with the team.
You will:
- Represent company’s interests in business negotiations with high-level client representatives and decision makers (email and conference calls)
- Work company’s internal tools for research, cold/warm outreach, lead generation (including corporate email, phone)
- Provide pricing and expertise assistance for clients (email, phone)
- Create, manage, and grow long-term client relationships (using internal corporate tools)
- Promote drayage services and tailor solutions to customer needs
- Find most optimal pricing solutions that fit both company and the client on strategic projects
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Track sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Support billing processes and assist with dispute resolution when needed
