Position: Sales Agent (m/f)

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Agent for Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and driving sales of solar and energy storage solutions.

The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and cultivating strategic relationships to drive revenue growth.

This position requires travel throughout Croatia and potentially within the broader EU.

Role and responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Croatian market, aligned with Sunbird’s overarching business objectives.
Manage and expand relationships with key clients and regional stakeholders, ensuring smooth contract execution and long-term collaboration.
Monitor and analyze competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and provide strategic market insights.
Support a variety of sales and marketing initiatives as directed by the management team.
The candidate will report to the Company Director in Zagreb.

Required Attributes:

Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-impact sales strategies specific to the Croatian market.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Native fluency in Croatian, with professional proficiency in English.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Category B driving license.
High school diploma or higher professional education / university.

Advantageous Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development and contract negotiation.
Direct experience in negotiating and managing power purchase agreements.
An advantage with technical understanding of the built environment.
Knowledge of solar PV and energy storage technologies.
