We’re building a Human Resources team in Zagreb! Join us and play an important role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our employees for one of Switzerland’s leading retailers – Manor AG.
As a Human Resources Administrator (m/f), you will handle HR administrative tasks, support employees and colleagues across the company, contribute to HR reporting and continuous improvement of HR procedures.
What you’ll do:
- Manage HR administration and employee records (SAP/SuccessFactors)
- Provide first-level support to employees across the company
- Handle employee inquiries, tickets and workflows
- Support onboarding processes and prepare HR documents and reports
- Prepare employment certificates and reference letters
- Manage employee travel expenses and oversee public transport subscriptions
- Maintain and update tools for travel expense calculations
- Manage employee attendance and HR data, including payroll, contract updates and insurance administration
- Support the onboarding of new team members
