About the role:

To strengthen our organization, ANDRITZ is searching for an Automation and Digitalization Contract Execution Manager with the potential and drive to make a career in an exciting international company. The Regional Contract Execution Manager for automation and digitalization (AD) is a person with a passion for collaboration, planning, coordination of resources, and communication between various stakeholders. You will be responsible for on-time and on-scope delivery of AD projects in the respective region in feed and biofuel through working with AD regional team, Global AD management, product managers, and other Feed & Biofuel functionalities for project execution. Additionally, the regional execution team is responsible for aftermarket service for projects executed in their respective region.

willing to travel worldwide (30%)

Tasks and responsibilities:

project execution from sales handover to project delivery
project establishment – project creation and maintenance in SAP
regional coordination of AD resources for regional AD project deliveries in a matrix environment
responsible for on-time, on-scope delivery of all the projects related to automation and digitalization including power, electrical, automation, and digitalization in their respective region
updating financial forecasting in ERP system for the projects, participating in Project reviews with financial controllers
work together with regional PMO, capital PM, and service business units to support the sales and execution of projects
handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
work with 3rd parties (inside ANDRITZ or outside ANDRITZ) to ensure the AD projects are executed as promised in their regions
resolve customer issues, and communicate internal and external in the project phases
evaluate and assess the results of the project – Lessons learned

Skills:

experience in project execution and project management
experience in the implementation of automation projects in process industries
project management principles according to PMI
experience in MS office & SAP
able to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash flow, overheads, etc.
experience in Feed and Biofuel industry is a plus
