- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues
- Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat
- Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00)
- Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system
- Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers
- Communicate exclusively in the customer’s native language
