As a Legal Expert you are part of the Legal Affairs Department which is responsible to the Management Board Member and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Your main role is to provide legal support in commercial contract law, public procurement and consumer protection law.

Main responsibilities

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts
Providing legal advice and support on public procurement processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Advise on consumer protection law, ensuring that the company’s practices and policies are in line with legal requirements
Collaborate with various departments to provide legal guidance on business operations, projects and strategic initiatives
Manage and mitigate legal risks by developing and implementing effective legal strategies
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate their impact to business
Actively participate in internal interdisciplinary teams by drafting legal opinions and providing legal support in different projects
Actively participate in working groups on different legal topics on Group level

Qualifications & main competencies

A law degree
Bar exam
3 - 5 years of work experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Team-player with positive attitude
