Technical specialist for Croatia & Slovenia (f/m)

Location: Zagreb

CCC Group, a leader in fashion, footwear, and accessories across Central and Eastern Europe, is seeking a Technical specialist to join our team! This position will support investment, maintenance, and administrative operations in Croatia and Slovenia, based in our Zagreb office. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating between the investment and maintenance departments and accounting.
Performing postings in SAP and working within the WEBCON system.
Updating data in INTENSE and OTRS systems.
Preparing monthly and annual reports (e.g., electricity usage, invoice accuracy checks).
Providing office support for construction sites and store maintenance.
Conducting store visits across Croatia and Slovenia as needed.
Supporting and collaborating with supervisors.
Translating materials as requested by supervisors.
Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or the employer.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum secondary education (IV or V level).
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Croatian and English.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP, WEBCON, INTENSE, and OTRS systems is a plus.
Availability for travel within Croatia and Slovenia.
