Every day, two billion people consume food produced with Bühler systems, and one billion people travel in vehicles whose parts were manufactured with our machines.

We are looking for a committed team member (f/m/d) who will actively support our service team in customer service by showing initiative, flexibility and customer orientation. In your role as service technician (m/f/d), you will be a competent contact person for our customers primarily in Croatia and the Central Eastern Europe region.

These will be your tasks

You will carry out commissioning, installation and service work such as repairs, inspections, overhauls and maintenance on our Die Casting Machines in Croatia and the Central Eastern Europe region
You will provide technical support and advice to our customers
You identify product improvements or new needs in cooperation with the sales department
You will support the sale of products and services through your continuous customer contact management

These are the qualifications we are looking for

You have completed a vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic, electrician or comparable
You have professional experience in machine and plant construction, ideally in the field of die cast
You have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills in English, German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
Your sense of urgency to respond to customer requirements as well as a self-starting work style and a willingness to travel (up to 80%) complete your profile
