As a P&O Specialist you would be responsible for leading the in-country P&O operations (Payroll, Time management, Hire-to-Retire, Local Benefits administration) and drive Talent Acquisition for our local team. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, optimize processes, and create an exceptional employee experience while partnering with global and local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute delivery of P&O operational services in the country, ensuring compliance with global processes and local regulations
- Ensure consistent execution of Payroll, Time, H2R, and Benefits Administration services
- Manage payroll data inputs and collaborate with external vendors for accuracy
- Oversee time and absence tracking and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies; support audits and corrective actions
- Act as the primary contact for associates on P&O topics and partner with local stakeholders
- Drive adoption of HR technologies and promote process automation and digital solutions
- Provide accrual calculations and FTE reconciliation inputs for Finance and BPA
- Drive talent acquisition activities for the in-country hirings in line with legislation and global processes
