Technical Manager (m/f)

As the Technical Manager at LIOQA resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's facilities and technical infrastructure. You will supervise a team of gardeners and technicians, working closely with the security and maintenance teams to guarantee our guests the highest standards of functionality and comfort. Your leadership will ensure the resort's grounds and technical systems are maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily activities of the facility management team, including gardeners and technicians - Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvement plans - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all resort equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other technical installations - Troubleshoot and repair technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functionality - Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical challenges on time - Ensure the grounds and garden areas are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and safe - Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed - Work closely with the gardening team to ensure the landscape is maintained to a high standard, reflecting the resort's quality

- Proven experience as Technical Manager in a hospitality or resort setting - Strong technical skills in areas such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards - The required level of English is B2 Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical and facility management, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting - Strong technical skills, in electrical, plumbing, and other facility-related systems - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively - Commitment to high standards of quality and customer service - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments
