Due to the company's expansion, our team is currently looking for an employee for the position of:

Leasing Manager - Sinsay brand (f/m)

Location: Zagreb, Croatia

If you join our team, your main responsibilities will include:

Sourcing real estate locations that meet company and brand standards
Managing the existing store portfolio in the assigned region
Conducting negotiations for new and existing contracts
Handling all internal documentation related to lease procedures
Communicating with landlords and agencies, providing support to the leasing and expansion director in daily activities
Maintaining records and documentation of all existing and new contracts for assigned countries
Conducting market research and assisting in negotiating rental agreements for all relevant countries
Managing the lease agreement database (commercial terms, duration, termination options, etc.)
Creating "lease contract cards"
Preparing presentations for the Board for project approval
Monitoring project statuses (e.g., opening delays, fines, construction issues)
Maintaining a database of all regional projects (existing and new), including all materials for preliminary lease agreements and, if needed, compiling essential information about unrealized projects
Providing administrative assistance related to lease agreements

We expect:

University degree (VSS)
At least one year of experience in a similar position
Native-level proficiency in Croatian
Professional-level English proficiency
Proficiency in MS Office; digital competencies are an advantage
Driving license
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactivity, self-initiative, and a professional attitude
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
A "property mentality," showing dedication to maintaining and refining assets
Availability for business trips several times a year, as needed
Willingness to learn, develop, and grow
