The role requires working at the employer's headquarters, 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday.

Project Controller (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

develop and introduce a centralized project creation process for all group companies
establish project-related data transparency and controlling processes
provide regular reports on project progress and actual vs. budget deviations
act as a business partner and challenger for project managers
collaborate daily with the Headquarter Controlling/finance/project department

Your qualifications:

degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling
background in R&D or project controlling
proven experience in developing and introducing processes
experience working in an international environment
IT affinity, particularly with ERP and project management tools
experience in several controlling positions is desirable but not mandatory
strong analytical and communication skills
fluent in English; German is desirable but not mandatory
