We're looking for a Financial Planner & Analyst who will play a key role in shaping our business strategy across Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia. In this role, you won't just crunch numbers — you'll partner with leaders, drive performance through insights, and help us create value across people, human, and environmental dimensions (P/H/E).

As a Financial Planner & Analyst, you'll be a strategic partner to business leaders. You'll plan, analyze, forecast, and advise — turning data into meaningful insights that help shape business decisions.

Plan & Forecast with Impact - Build and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans aligned with strategy and performance goals across P/H/E (People, Human, Environmental) value creation
Analyze & Optimize Profitability - Evaluate sales performance, cost efficiency, and profita bility per store to identify risks and opportunities
Model Business Value - Translate strategy into actionable financial models, integrating sustainability and human impact
Deliver Real-Time Insights - Provide accurate and timely business reporting to support strategic and operational decisions
Turn Data into Action - Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams
Build Tools that Empower - Create intuitive dashboards and performance tracking tools to drive cla rity and decision-making
Partner for Business Growth - Act as a financial co-pilot to store and functional leaders, turning insights into business actions
Advise with Credibility - Be a trusted advisor, balancing numbers with business intuition and storytelling
